The Teleporter, or the MDT, is a utility device that was featured in the maps Kino der Toten, Der Riese, "Five" and Moon. It is a machine that transports the player to either the mainframe (Der Riese), the Pack-a-Punch Machine (both Der Riese and Kino der Toten, although Kino's machine was located next to a projecter and had a time limit to use it), to another random teleporter ("Five") or to Area 51 (Moon). These devices were created by Group 935 scientists during World War II, was originally designed by Richtofen (according to a radio broadcast in Der Riese) and unintentionally created the Hellhounds. Before the teleporter is able for use, it must be linked to the mainframe in Der Riese and Kino Der Toten. But strangely, this is not the same for Moon nor for "Five".
