The Scavenger was a Wonder Weapon, originally going to appear in the Remember When... storyline maps. It can still be accessed via "give-all" or console commands. Its pack-a-punched version, the Hyena Infra-dead is available via console commands as well.
Time Travel Will Tell Series[]
The Scavenger is a powerful weapon featured in the Zombies map L'Étranger. It is unlocked in the Mystery Box by completing the Catacomb Rot major easter egg. It remains unchanged since Call of the Dead. It later appears in Revenge of the Silverback as a weapon power-up, it has a larger explosive radius, and cannot down players in it.
In Dawn of a new Dusk, the Scavenger is mentioned in Concurrent Demise. Richtofen saw it's flaws and decided to upgrade it to make it on equal standards with other weapons like the Thundergun and Wunderwaffe DG-2. It is called the Scavenger V2, and replaces the Scavenger in any future appearence.
The Scavenger is not considered a Wonder Weapon in the TTWT series, until it was remodelled into the Scavenger V2.
