The Avogadro is an enemy that appears in TranZit. It spawns when the power is turned on and then can respawn at any time. It is capable of stopping the Bus. It is referred to as "Him" in the trophy description of You Have No Power Over Me!
Overview[]
Avogadro spawns when the power is first turned on at the Power Plant. Afterwards, it has the ability to appear at any point on the map. It attacks players with bolts of electricity. Without Juggernog, a single hit from the Avogadro's attack will nearly down the player. With Juggernog, depending on the Avogadro's attack frequency, the player can be nearly downed with two hits. It also can stop the Bus, which will not start again until Avogadro is defeated or the players leave the Bus. Avogadro can be damaged through melee attacks or by throwing an EMP Grenade at its feet, killing Avogrado instantly. The player should be cautious about using EMP grenades due to their effects on many other areas of gameplay. Avogadro is also defeatable by punching it twice with the Galvaknuckles, thus killing it. When killed, Avogadro flies up into the sky. It cannot be killed if the player is in an area with a roof; it will do the death animation and sound, but will not fly up into the sky.
Avogadro also plays a part in the Ludvig Maxis path of the Tower of Babble easter egg, where weakening or defeating it will complete the easter egg.
